Two Roman Noses

When I played bingo as a 10-year old in the old country (with adults and for money) that's what they called 77.

Did 80 minutes in class again.  We had a 10-minute warm-up that got progressively harder.  Then we did a 35-minute set of 5-2-4-2-3-2-2-2-1-2 with odd numbered efforts in zone 3 and even numbered efforts in zone 4.  In other words, we did ever shortening zone 3 efforts, followed by 2-minute zone 4 efforts with 2 minutes recovery in zone 2.  And then we did 15 minutes that started with slow pedaling at low resistance, increased cadence and resistance to zone 3, then gradually decreased resistance to zone 2, while increasing cadence.  This is a time of the year for hard training and these don't feel as hard as they did in the Spring, when we weren't supposed to be training as hard as we are now:  a paradox.

Yakkers were back today, but today they were riding, so less yakking and less annoyance.
