Last week Alex said, "listen to your body," when I asked about effort on a day I felt not my best. Having gone to bed well after midnight this morning, I listened to my body in class. I did a third of the class, but at low intensity, then rode long enough to make the ride last 44:44. After that I did core exercises, sweating much more while doing them than when I rode. That's 74, over 20% of my riding goal completed.
