Forty-five minutes in class, then core exercises. I'm getting better at the plank and the lying on stomach on a fitness ball leg raises for my back. Thought of doing an early morning ride, then going hard in class tomorrow, but am feeling quite beat tonight, so will sleep in, skip the morning ride, and do the class.
Oh, and I signed up for Strava, a GPS ride tracking web site. Now, all I need to use Strava is a smarter phone than my Blackberry Curve or a Garmin bike 'puter.
